MicroInequities: the Power of Small

MicroInequities: the Power of Small is based upon research done at M.I.T. and focuses on the effects of micromessages in the workplace. MicroInequities are the cumulative, repeated behaviors that discourage and impair performance in the workplace that affect the overall productivity and health of an organization. Young teaches people to use positive micromessages at all levels in the organization to successfully build and keep a productive, diverse and inclusive workplace. He will deliver critical concepts, skills and strategies to improve the organization’s culture.
